Luigi Pascale, the owner of Ciao Luigi was born in Avellino, Italy. He came to the United States in 1998 and has pursued a career in the restaurant business ever since, holding various positions until purchasing Ciao Luigi in August 2006.

We offer fresh products and high quality. It is easier for our chef to create delicious cuisine if the ingredients are good & our veal is top round and our AA grade chicken is so tender you can cut it with a fork.

The food is fresh because it comes from suppliers who are just fifteen minutes from the restaurant or who deliver fresh produce and seafood every day.

We try to be authentic Italian. Every weekend we try to cook the old, Italian recipes. The chef has to have that feeling & the Italian cooks with heart.
